Guidelines for Poster Presenters
Format: Printed Paper Poster Presentation (On-site Display)
Poster Size & Orientation
Posters must be in A0 size, measuring 841 mm (width) × 1189 mm (height) in portrait orientation.
Landscape format is not permitted due to panel size constraints.
Poster Content Requirements
Your poster should clearly communicate your research in a visually engaging and concise manner. Please include the following sections:
Title: Same as submitted, in large, bold font (suggested font size: 72 pt)
Authors and Affiliations
Background / Introduction
Objectives / Purpose
Methods
Results
Conclusion and Implications
Acknowledgements (if applicable)
Contact Information (email or QR code for follow-up)
Design Guidelines
Use clear headings, bullet points, graphs, and visuals to enhance readability.
Avoid overloading the poster with text; aim for visual clarity and simplicity.
Font sizes should be easily readable from 1–2 meters away (suggested minimum: 24 pt for body text).
Use high-resolution images and charts (minimum 300 dpi).
Posters must be in English
Printing & Mounting
Presenters are required to print and bring their own posters to the conference.
Posters will be mounted using Velcro strips or double-sided tape (provided on-site).
Each poster board will be labelled with your paper/poster number for presenters to locate their assigned boards.
Poster Set-Up and Removal (Each Day)
Set-Up Time: 8 am - 9 am
Removal Time: 6 pm
Posters not removed after the designated time will be discarded.
Presenter Responsibilities
Presenters must stand by their posters during the allocated poster session to engage with conference attendees and answer questions.
Poster sessions are designed to promote interactive discussion, networking, and scholarly exchange.
Important Reminders
Posters that do not conform to the size or content guidelines may not be displayed.
There are no on-site printing services – please arrange for poster printing before arriving.
